Hello beautiful people,

Today I will be highlighting Cazoshay Marie, in this weeks “The Power of Women Empowerment”.

1. Tell us a little bit about yourself + what it is you do and where can we find you on social media?

My name is Cazoshay Marie.

I’m an Alaska-grown mom, artist, minister and wellness professional based in Arizona.

I teach yoga and meditation classes, I’m a raw vegan chef, wellness blogger+coach and I make all natural bath and beauty products with real crystals in them.

You can find me on the ‘gram and Twitter @cazoshay_marie

2. What does women empowerment mean to you?

Women empowerment to me means living the life you want to live and are meant to live, regardless to other people’s opinions.

Making positive changes in your community and living out your purpose unashamedly.

3. What do you love about women empowerment?

What I love about women empowerment is that there is so much in our society that beats women down- physically, mentally and emotionally.

Women’s empowerment is rising above all of that.

Women’s empowerment makes the world a better place because when women are empowered, we are able to be who we are meant to be and share that fabulous with the world.

4. What is something you’re willing to bring to women empowerment?

Love and support.

It’s all about community over competition, and I vow to love, support and encourage other women in order to empower them to also live their best lives.

5. How are you showing up for yourself and other women?

To be honest, it’s a daily struggle.

I’m recovering from being struck by a car at 48 mph last year, so I always feel like I could be doing more because I’m not where I was before the accident happened.

I have a renewed commitment to self-care and knowing when to stop and take a break (and encourage other women to do the same.)

Being empowered doesn’t mean that we have to be Superwoman all the time, it’s okay to recognize when we need to step back and rest, delegate or ask for help.

6. What are 3-5 things you value about being a woman?

1. Our strength

2. Our resiliency

3. Our unique ability to support and create

4. Our inherent beauty
