#BloggerHighlights

Hello beautiful people,

Today I will be highlighting Sharda in this weeks “The Power of Women Empowerment”.

1. Tell us a little bit about yourself + what it is you do and where can we find you on social media?

I am Sharda from Dallas, Texas.

I am an author of 4 books, artist of several paintings and podcast host.

I interview people who are doing great things in the world as well as discuss relatable topics.

I also have a YouTube channel about styling hair.

I enjoy creating and helping others. My website is charactershere.com

My Twitter and Instagram is @CharactersHere and my books and artwork are under @SLF_Entertainment on Instagram.

2. What does women empowerment mean to you?

Being a woman who is so secure in herself that she can uplift other women whether that’s by sharing her story, mentoring, and/or supporting others.

There’s no fear of losing, because women empowerment is all about winning.

No matter what situation we face, our experiences can help empower others.

3. What do you love about women empowerment?

The support system, the amount of love and care for other women and girls, and the experiences of different lifestyles.

4. What is something you’re willing to bring to women empowerment?

My stories through my books that I write, my artwork, and my voice through my podcast.

I bring my creativity.

5. How are you showing up for yourself and other women?

By admitting to myself that I am only human and I can only do so much, but also knowing that anything is possible if I believe, trust the process, and put action behind words.

If I don’t do my part, someone misses out on an opportunity as well as if the women that I look up to didn’t do their parts, I would have missed my opportunity.

Those opportunities can be as big or small as changing the way we think i.e. positivity over negativity, inspiration and motivation, encouraging self-love, or just being there to listen.

We all have a purpose and that purpose is to serve. To serve is to be fearless and to look out for others.

6. What are 3-5 things you value about being a woman?

I value my mental, physical, and more importantly my soul.
